Who is responsible

Fortune Pay EOOD operates Fynqa and is the controller of the data described here.

Contact: contact@fynqa.com.

What you enter in the contact form: name, work email, company, role, company type, deposit volume band, message and what you are interested in.

We also record how you reached the form, the country your connection comes from, and the time.

To answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

When you reach the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. It processes your IP address and browser signals to do this.

We use your IP address for that check and to limit repeat submissions. We do not store it.

Your message is stored in a Cloudflare database located in the EU and sent by email to our team. Cloudflare processes it for us.

Our team may also get a one-line Telegram notification with your company name, company type and source. It does not include your message.

12 months from the day you send it. After that it is deleted automatically.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Email contact@fynqa.com.

You can also complain to your data protection authority.

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site.
